Palestine Labor law No. 7 of 2000.

Note:

• Labor law No. 7 of 2000 is applicable in the West Bank and Gaza. The Chapter 7 of this law is dedicated to the regulation of women's work. Article 100 prohibits discrimination between men and women at work.
• Article 101 prohibits the employment of women in hazardous jobs, nights shifts and imposing additional working hours during pregnancy up to six months following childbirth.
• Article 103-105 regulates the maternity leave.
