Before Pakistan held its general elections in February 2024, WLP’s partner Aurat Foundation coordinated several activities to promote a fair process including the presentation to the media of a Charter of Demands for gender equity in elections.
More than 500 participants from 52 countries convened at Istanbul’s Boğaziçi University for the annual Civil Society 20 (C20) Summit on September 15-16, 2015. The WLP Partnership was well-represented at the summit.
