Summary

Measuring Change is a resource and training guide for the WLP Partnership and the broader NGO community, particularly for organizations implementing WLP’s leadership and women’s empowerment training. The manual presents a system for monitoring and evaluating social justice and empowerment programs using the inclusive and participatory methodology promoted in WLP's Leading to Choices manual.

Measuring Change features case studies of the monitoring and evaluation experiences of WLP partners in Jordan (Sisterhood is Global Institute/Jordan) and Morocco (Association Démocratique des Femmes du Maroc), and former WLP partner in Nigeria (BAOBAB). While the case studies are drawn from the field of women’s leadership, they highlight common issues, decisions, and best practices relevant to organizations working in other fields.
