Arab Womens Day 02.05.08

Dear “Claiming Equal Citizenship” Campaigners,

The Nationality Campaign press conference held on Arab Women’s Day went really well. The conference in Lebanon received a large volume of regional coverage by the media, including four daily newspapers, 2 electronic forums, and 3 TV stations (Tele Liban, Orange TV, and Arab Women TV).

It is worth noting that similar events were held simultaneously in Bahrain and Kuwait and they were also covered by 4 local newspapers as well as numerous online forums.

Please find below some links to the articles (all in Arabic) and stay tuned for an English translation soon.
