We have received some good news from Iran.
The Parliament has passed a new law allowing children born to Iranian mothers and foreign fathers to apply for Iranian citizenship once they reach 18 years of age.

Iranmania.com ran the story on Monday September 25th and also highlighted a few Iranian voices who applauded Parliament’s gesture but called for the conditions of the law to be removed. They are asking that the right also be granted to children under the age of 18 years and for children of refugees.
