Women's advocacy around the globe is strengthened by forming networks with individuals and organizations that share a common purpose locally, nationally, regionally, and internationally. The Global South has a particularly rich landscape of activists and practitioners who are striving to empower women and advance their status.

In this section, WLP provides a regularly updated online catalogue of local and international women's organizations in the Global South, especially in the Middle East and North Africa, that are working on leadership and political participation, civil society building, human rights activism and education, and sustainable and equitable development including using technology for women's empowerment.
